SHIPPING AND HANDLING EXPLAINED

Our business model is such that all products are printed on demand upon completion of the customer’s order payment. As such, the shipping is done by the designated “fulfillment center” and not within our control.

SHIPPING TIME

The product shipping time consists of processing time, shipping and tracking to final destination.

PROCESSING TIME

All purchases are submitted for processing and printing immediately upon completion of the payment. Normal order processing and product printing takes 2 – 7 business days, but can take few extra days during high-demand times such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc.

Your product will be printed and shipped from a designated “fulfillment center” closest to your chosen destination. In some cases, products are printed overseas. With some exceptions, all our products come with free shipping and the most economical and expeditious method is used.

SHIPPING

Normal surface shipping takes between 2 and 5 days. Please allow additional time  during high-demand times such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc. Please note that shipping times are beyond our scope of control.

TRACKING

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number allowing you to easily track the progression of your product through it’s shipping journey.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Any purchase made with delivery location outside of North America, does NOT have shipping free of charge and must be calculated based on country and region of delivery. Please use email at “contact us” for more information.

OUR GUARANTEE

In the unlikely event that your product has gone missing, we will do detailed inquiry into your product’s location and have it delivered to you. In the rarest of events, if your product has left this universe and cannot be found, we will re-print and re-ship your product to you with our apology.
