Refunds and Returns
Please read carefully. Due to the nature of our business, almost all of our products are made on demand and your order is submitted for printing as soon as you complete your payment. As such, it is not possible to retract an order.
We offer 100% money back guarantee including cost of shipping (if applicable) or replacement of product at no cost to you. In certain situations you will have to pay for shipping back to us.
Please inspect or try on your product upon delivery. This policy is valid for 30 calendar days from your order date.
My product arrived broken/damaged, my product has printing or manufacturing defects.
Please contact us at the email below and attach one or more photos showing the damage or defect. We will send you a replacement product or 100% refund, as your declared choice.
If the defect is minor and you can still enjoy the product, we will send you a coupon valued at 50% of the full value of the product for your next purchase with 180 day expiry from the date of issue.
My product is the wrong size or color, I want to return it or exchange it.
Please carefully note the details about sizes, colors, materials, dimensions, etc., before ordering, so that you can immediately enjoy your product on delivery.
If we sent you the wrong size or color, not as stated on your order, we will exchange it, and we will pay the shipping cost of exchange. The product must be not-worn (clothing, accessories) or not-used (mugs, tote bags, etc.) and in original, clean, undamaged condition.
If you changed your mind about the size or color, we will still refund or exchange your product as above, however, you have to pay for the shipping cost back to our location (Toronto, Ontario, Canada). Please contact us at the email below and state your reasons for return.
My product never arrived
Please make sure that you have entered your full address, including suite number, zip or postal code.
Depending on the type of delivery used, we will put a trace on your package’s check points. If we cannot find your package, we will re-print and re-send another product to you.
My product arrived in perfect condition and I love it
We are thrilled! If you are willing to do a testimonial for us, (photo or preferably short video) using or wearing your product we will reward you with a discount coupon for a future purchase. Your video/photo must be good quality, show off the product you purchased in good lighting and focus, and we have to have your permission to publish it and your name and your home city, on our website.
